| Unless other arrangements are made, all shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. It is the customers responsibility to inspect their order and report any damage or shortages to delivering carrier and to file resulting claims if necessary. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. All shipments should be inspected upon receipt. If the signs need to be returned for any reason, we must be contacted for return authorization. Signs returned due to customer error must be shipped prepaid. We cannot accept collect shipments. A 15% handling charge will be added to all acceptable returns. |
